Sweet & Spicy Jalapeño Watermelon Margarita

SERVES
- 12 cups
- 72 ounces of beverage
- 6 ounces per serving
RECIPE
- 2 ¼ cups of Tequila
- 1 cup of Triple Sec
- ¾ cup of simple syrup
- 1 ½ cups of lime juice
- 5 cups of watermelon chunks
- 3 jalapeños, thinly sliced for garnish
- 3 limes, thinly sliced for garnish
- 12 cups of ice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place Tequila and about 12 slices of jalapeño in a glass measuring cup and place in the refrigerator for 1 to 4 hours depending on how spicy your jalapeños are and how spicy you want the Tequila to be
- Taste after 1 hour and decide whether Tequila is spicy enough. If so, remove jalapeños
- Place watermelon in blender and blend until liquefied (you may need to do it in batches)
- In a pitcher, combine 4 cups of watermelon juice, Tequila, lime juice, Triple Sec and simple syrup

- Pour Watermelon Margarita mix over ice
- Garnish with a slice of lime and 2 jalapeño slices (optional)
