Sweet and Spicy Jalapeno Watermelon Margarita


  • 12 cups
  • 72 ounces of beverage
  • 6 ounces per serving



  • 2 ¼ cups of Tequila
  • 1 cup of Triple Sec
  • ¾ cup of simple syrup
  • 1 ½ cups of lime juice
  • 5 cups of watermelon chunks
  • 3 jalapeños, thinly sliced for garnish
  • 3 limes, thinly sliced for garnish
  • 12 cups of ice



  • Place Tequila and about 12 slices of jalapeño in a glass measuring cup and place in the refrigerator for 1 to 4 hours depending on how spicy your jalapeños are and how spicy you want the Tequila to be
  • Taste after 1 hour and decide whether Tequila is spicy enough. If so, remove jalapeños
  • Place watermelon in blender and blend until liquefied (you may need to do it in batches)
  • In a pitcher, combine 4 cups of watermelon juice, Tequila, lime juice, Triple Sec and simple syrup

  • Garnish with a slice of lime and 2 jalapeño slices (optional)
